really outdated rooms, still with Novotel branded items. Needs a renovation and attention to staff.

Great pricing and good size rooms.

The WiFi connection in the room was horrible they to update the routers to insure better connectivity.

There was a water leak near the toilet. The balcony was very dirty with bird droppings everywhere

price does not match the room, unfriendly staff, noisy aircond compressor. we check in late at 12am and the staff give us wrong room, no apologies and the new room is not clean. what a bad experience to end our bangkok trip.

The Tuk-Tuk transportation daily to the BTS, hospital, and Shopping mall.

There is nothing to tell.

It's quiet, away from hustle bustle of the city. Our room comes with a kitchenette and balcony. They also have a washing machine in the room.

Too far walking distance from the train station. The hotel shuttle tuk tuk is always full.

The lobby area still carries the cultural heritage and the theme is lovely. There are spas, mini marts and even a Starbucks with 7 minutes walk.

The electric sockets are not international standards, so please do carry an all purpose adapter. And the hotel is quite interior from the main road but they do provide a shuttle service to the mall, train station till 6:30pm.

Breakfast was good. Tuktuk service was good.

Apartment was a bit old and in need of renovations. Not very convenient location. Clothes dryer was not working.

The kitchen cooking tools in the room need to be cleaner. The cricket was fine. Wonder why there were no table knives??!!Wi fi needed a little attention.

It's a little old. The counters need replacing and the kitchens need modernizing.

It was nice condotel

It's super far from the main transportation and always traffic in the road in it.

The location was great .Lots of Japanese restaurants and walkable distance to BTS and shopping malls The room is quite big for the area.

The washroom was so smelly. Maybe because of the pipelines. The balcony was also very dirty , fill with birds poops cant even open the curtains because it was so disgusting ? The room cleaning service was bad too.

The room was large and had a pleasant view.

The rooms are very tired looking. It needs a refurb. The breakfast is not worth the bother.

I was searching for accommodation close to Samitivej Hospital and found that Novotel Suites is just a 7-minute walk away. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the hospital every 30 minutes, and you can request pick-up as well. The surrounding area is convenient, with numerous restaurants and cafes nearby, and a supermarket just a 3-minute walk away where you can find anything you need. Breakfast at the hotel has a good selection of eggs, sausages, bacon, yogurt, fruit, and pastries. The shuttle service also takes you to EmQuartier Shopping Mall and the Phrom Phong BTS station, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our trip was for medical reasons, and we were uncertain about the length of our stay, but the hotel was very flexible in accommodating extensions and room changes when other family members arrived. For our last two nights, we stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which was very comfortable for our family of four. On my next visit to Samitivej Hospital, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The hotel interior feels a bit dated and could benefit from some refreshing updates.

Quiet location in the central area. Easy to access anyway, the hotel provides tuk-tuk service to the nearest BTS is a plus point

Traffic jams during the peak hour are crazy, try to avoid 5 pm to 8 pm

The location, size of room & the aminities are complete.

When I asked for the aircon to be looked at it was done straight away and fixed.

Rooms were old and gym was out of use
